Humans have been letting out large amounts of greenhouse gases, carbon dioxide and chemicals in the past centuries and still are. Greenhouse gasses are covering the earth like a blanket, and trapping the earth underneath it. Cambodia is one of the highest ranked countries in the world to climate change. It's because a warmer world means a change in water cycles, including the farms will increase climate changes. more than 2 million families, or 80 percent of the population, relying on agriculture to make a living harder and a struggle or families. Even if changes are easy, they are hard to understand, and Cambodia’s adaptation are smaller. There are more than 400 people in villages having to start buying water, spending at least one dollar on a jug of water everyday or few days a week to stay hydrated. People in Cambodia are suffering of droughts and changes in weather a lot lately. In 2013, the Cambodian government noted that climate change, there are major changes over the last half of the 20th century and big concerns for the future and how Cambodia will be under threat by climate changes. People have said that “The forecast for the next 80 years shows that the heat will keep rising, with less rain in the dry season” and the rainy season will be delayed. With summer coming up, Nget Lat said that, their water needs are only going to increase.
